Service Request

To submit a request for service, please complete our Service Request Form below. After accessing the form, it is important to click on the map to upload the service location and add a photo. This information enables the District to prioritize your request and respond efficiently.

NOTE  1: The location you provide is automatically integrated into our Geographic Information System along with the associated metadata. This information assists the District in identifying areas of focus, coordinating responses to multiple service requests in proximity, and implementing larger area improvements where appropriate. It is also used to determine whether an engineering evaluation is needed for a potential stormwater project.

NOTE 2: You may submit a service request for any area within the District boundaries - not only your own property. The District is transitioning from a single-property approach to evaluating entire drainage areas or basins to support a more holistic stormwater management strategy.

NOTE 3: Dirt roads within the District are recontoured (graded) on a weekly schedule. However, if road material conditions are too dry or too wet, grading will be deferred until conditions allow the road to be properly crowned and smoothed.
