To submit a service request, complete the Service Request Form below. Please click the map to identify the service location and upload a photo. This information helps the District prioritize requests and respond efficiently.

NOTE 1:  Your selected address and location is automatically added to the District’s Geographic Information System, allowing District staff to identify trends, coordinate nearby service requests, evaluate larger area improvements and determine whether an engineering review is warranted.

NOTE 2:  Service requests may be submitted for any location within the District, not just your own property. The District evaluates drainage issues on an area-wide basis to support a more comprehensive stormwater management approach.

NOTE 3:  Dirt roads are typically graded weekly. Grading may be postponed when road conditions are too dry or too wet to achieve proper shaping and compaction.

Automatic Notifications:  You will receive an email confirmation when your request is submitted and another when it has been completed. These notifications provide both you and the District with a record of the request and its resolution.
